this was taken during our Respiratory lab session, and yea i sneak in my phone illegally.. hihiwe're not allowed to bring in any electronic device into our lab session cause they scare that the wave emitted by the devices might cause some random interference or sparks... hmmph..
but lab 1 was the one that mostly deals with chemicals and we did this in lab 2.. so yea.. no big deal... *i hope**wink*
anyway back to the pictures, we have to measure the FEV and FVC using the vitalograph and i can assure you, blowing air into that trumpet-like equipment was not an easy job.
I've tried it myself and it feels weird. You have to put the blue mouthpiece into your mouth and expired out as hard as you can to get nice reading.

It was definitely easier compare to what Su Lan and Tien Li is doing.
