It's been a while...

Seriously, i've neglected my blog for quite a long time. Tonnes of pictures and stuffs waiting for me to blog bout, but the urge to blog is not there. Perhaps it's because of the 'after-exam' mood and all my brain was set to do was to relaxed and care nothing more than my poster. So what i've been up to recently?

1. Shopped for CNY clothes after exam (although i've already bought most of it during the year end trip)
2. Wake up, bath, eat brunch, dear went off for exam (on certain days), online (assignment, blog hopping, facebook...), eat dinner, bath, sleep
3. Went back home (finally!!!)
4. Went back grandpa house the next day (-__________-'')
5. Celebrated CNY in Sarikei
6. Went to Brunei for sushi

There might be some stuff that i've done but i've forgoten. My brain is getting old each days and it starts to forget stuffs easily.hahaha. oh well, after much travelling between diff places, total day spend in miri = less than 5 days =(.. lectures have just started today and i have an instinct that it's gonna be a tough one this sem. For only 1 day, we have 4 sets of notes that need much revising. We gonna have a short briefing in the lab tomorrow and then off we go for movie at gsc. Hopefully it's not raining again.

Genting - Day 1

It's Christmas eve and dear's family are here for their year end trip!
Dear and I took a cab straight from Kl Central to Genting
We were supposed to meet his family first but their flight was delayed
Reached Genting bout 12 something, leave our luggage with the bell boy and then off we go for lunch
We decided to try out Hou Mei
while waiting for food... we took some pictures... ^^

the soup was warm and rich in flavour... and the noodles were just nice

he's satisfied with this one.. hehehe
big slice... many fries... and a rich sauce to go along with the chicken
we felt so bloated after our lunch
After that we spend our time in the games park while waiting for his family to arrived
After half an hour... got tired then we went to walk around

dear couldnt resist the temptation... so he ordered a Caramel flavour for himself as well * hehehe*
when we had just finished indulge ourselves with enough desserts...
we got a call from dear's family... and they were here!!!
meet up with them and check into our room in Resort Hotel
then off we go again to the games park to finish our remaining credits

not long after that... we were asked to have dinner...
since it's christmas eve so dear's dad suggest to have it at
[ the famous abalone restaurant ]

once u step into the restaurant... you'll see this

got bored while waiting for the food to arrive... so took some photos of the interior of the restaurant[ my shark fin soup ]
as u can see from the pictures... there were big piece of shark fin in each of our soup
and every mouth was full of flavour *omg i'm starting to feel hungry as I'm typing this*
and the main dish of the night would be the abalone
after dinner... the 3 of us ( dear, Jeffery and i ) went to watch the Dreamz show
[ waiting for 9 pm so they would let us in ]

after the show... we went back to our rooms to get ready for the christmas party
too bad Jeffery couldn't join us but he can by the end of this year!!!

we got to enter for free... cause first 100 Dreamz audience can get a free entrance to the party
the lighting was great, the sound sytem was great... but the music was only so-so

Exam is over!!

Finally exam is over!!!! After much....

and taking breaks in between *wink*
and now it's over!!!!!!

hmmmm... was is true or false???? omg... should i abstain this one or... should i try my luck???

Our phis and pharm's paper may sounds easy but... it can be tricky at times...
1 mark will be awarded for correct answers... and u'll get nothing if u abstained....
However... 1 mark will be deducted as well if u get the answers wrong... that's the risk that we all have to take for an easy paper... hehe.. oh well... exam is finally over... only 2 modules for this sem but a whole lots of stuff need to be squeezed into our mind... guess that everyone is glad that's over for now.... more to come on the 2nd sem.. but let's just forget bout it first...

after the exam... we rush to take the 3.30 bus to mv AGAIN!! ( exam is in afternoon and that's the nearest mall from our campus!!! >________< ) nothing much was bought cause our intention was to go and relax after the exam and of course to celebrate evonne's belated bday... pity her... our first paper falls on her b'day so we plan to surprised her with a b'day cake after the exam... while waiting for our train
in train.. and evonne in parasympathetic mode...

gosh... we must be studying so much till become crazy
even as we speaks... it's somehow related to the stuff we're studying

the rest of us was like o________O... *did she walk into the wrong shop*
but after a while we came out... cause there's nothing cute in there for her....
mv is very 'red' as u can see cny decoration everywhere...
speaking of cny... which reminds me... i'll be back in miri in less than a week time...
omg... time really flies... i miss home so so much... and now... i get to back in less than a week!!!!
so so so excited... *hiak hiak hiak*

and when we come out... we notice this
i guess those girls who have such a patient bf or hubby waiting outside the shop... while they shop for the prefect shoes must be real lucky girl indeed... hahahaha
consider myself lucky... dear doesn't waits outside... he even went into the shop with me... *<3<3<3*we settle down for dinner at Canton-i after she found her perfect dress

*which she didn't buy due to some circumstances*
and i slip off to buy her a cake....

after much deciding on how to cut her cake.. it turn out to be like this

after a while.. she got bored.. then...

dun underestimate us... cause... we manage to finish the cake tho... hahaha

after dinner we shop somemore... and we nearly missed our bus back to campus!
but luckily we reached just in time....
the girls are going back the next day... *envy*
i'll probably spend the rest of time here updating my blog and finish my poster assignment...

HAPPY 2009 NEW YEAR!!

I just came back from my 9 days vacation..
had much fun but kinda tired as well...
bought lots of stuff... (which i bet anyone who saw us would go wow!)
there's so much stuffs that i would like to blog about..
but exam is just around the corner...
SO.. i'll have to be away again to concentrate on my studies...

HOLIDAYS = shop + eat!!

I spend almost 12 hours together with the girls

we took the earliest bus and reach Midvalley bout 10
first stop of the day = Vinccithat's tien li... trying to figure out which one should she buy
well... she bought the blue ones in the end..
Christmas is just around the corner and i can even hear CNY songs been played at some shops as wellthis puppet is cute!one of the Christmas tree in MVwe look so short here! -______-
and that's not even the tallest tree!!!christmas tree in mph bookstorewhile waiting for huey yi to apply for her member cardtummy grumbles.. so off we go to sushi king for lunchin the process of deciding what to eat.. hahathe girls bought me a piece of cake from secret recipe when i'm not noticing
how sweet of them.. but i gobble up everything while waiting for my food to arrived
guess that i was just too hungry =p
my lunch was rice with chicken and eggs
after lunch we went to The Gardens
the atmosphere there is not as merry as MV
the deco there are nice tho...
but i've no idea what are those cages for...-_______-''we went back to MV after that and continue to shop
then we came across this!!awwww... isn't it cute
altho it's huge... but guess what... the grey one next to it actually cost more!
so ppl..don't judge a book by it's cover... =p
we left MV bout 7 pm... and reached home bout 9
both legs and arms are damn tired

Stayed at home... watched heroes
I've managed to finished season 1... but it's getting more complicated in season 2
laze around... cook my own lunch or skipped it =p
clean my room... surf the net...

Dear and i decided to cook our lunch today
So i waited him at home for him to finish his classes...
after lunch.. we have to get ready for our charity visits

it was cloudy that day...
we went to the old folks' home first..
brought some stuff for them as well
then to the orphans'
we organized some games for them
and some of them are really naughty!!!there are also a Santa Claus to give out sweets and gifts for them
i overheard some of the children asking
'Why santa is wearing slipper one?'(o.O)''''
oopps... fake Santa spotted!
Plans to go to MV after that visit was canceled cause i was too tired
went back home and watch movie instead...

20 - 22/12/08

Dear and i went out shopping these few days
from MV to Bukit Bintang then to One U then back to MV again
seriously.. all these days.. what i've been doing was shop and eat and shop some more
lots of food pictures ahead...

it took us 3 hours to get One U but it was worth it
the Christmas deco at One U was beautifulthe theme they had for this year was 'Alice in the Wonderland'
we had our lunch at Sushi Zanmai
finally i've a place that serve good and affordable sushi
oh well.... nothing beats the Excapade =)

it was the winter solstice day
i was missing home so badly...
but luckily dear managed to find ourselves 'tang yuan'
to compensate for the feeling of being left out for this lovely festival
my 'tang yuan' with ginger soup
this was my first time having 'tang yuan' with ginger soup cause mum usually cook them with pandan leaves
the taste feels weird when i just put it into my mouth
but after a few times.. i get used to it and actually like it!
as we didn't have any lunch... except 'tang yuan' and a plate of nasi lemak which we both shared
we had our early dinner at U Cafe

i've tried it and it taste somehow like 100 plus with just a little bit of minty flavour

omg... he's been searching high and low for a nice chicken chop
he's satisfied with this one... but... portion is a problem he said..
when will he found a nice one... hmmmph.. we'll just have to wait and see
i had spaghetti with teriyaki chicken
it was nice.. and the portion was just nice for me...
